Every effort is made to ensure that your product is delivered to you in perfect condition and with every aspect of build quality and manufacturing excellence taken care of. There can always be times, however, when things do not go entirely to plan, and rest assured, we are here to resolve any such problems.
Hearth Products Ltd is a Gas Safe registered company and our engineers are qualified to ensure that your product is repaired of any manufacturing defects professionally and safely. The Hearth Products’ engineers are all highly qualified personnel who only service the appliances we manufacture, we specialise in just our own products so you know that you are getting the best possible care for your gas fire.

*The limited warranty is for a period of 5 (five) years and provides for labour and parts for the first year. An additional year warranty is added for parts only, providing the product is serviced by a qualified gas safe engineer. This additional parts warranty is available up to a maximum of 5 (five) years from the purchase date. Other conditions on excluded components can be obtained by contacting Hearth Products directly.
